Job Description
As an FX Sales Manager, you will lead client acquisition and revenue growth for foreign exchange products. Responsibilities include developing institutional and corporate relationships, executing FX sales strategies, structuring hedging solutions, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with trading, risk, and compliance teams. You will mentor sales staff, analyze market trends, and present tailored proposals. Required: 5+ years in FX sales, strong communication, negotiation and quantitative skills, familiarity with FX platforms, and a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
