Job Description

Jobmag seeks a full-time on-site Head Chef in Lagos to lead kitchen operations for a fast-growing eatery chain. Responsibilities include creating innovative menus, supervising food preparation and presentation, training and managing kitchen staff, overseeing inventory and supplier relations, enforcing food safety and cleanliness, and controlling costs and budgets. Candidates must have expert culinary skills, kitchen management experience, strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities, with preferred formal culinary training and prior high-volume or fine dining experience. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: From ₦200,00.00 per month.
