Job Summary

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Officer to support daily operational activities, ensure efficiency across processes, and support smooth execution of business operations across office and field locations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities

Handle and train others on using facility maintenance and cleaning machines/equipment

Monitor workflows to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and on schedule

Support implementation and adherence to operational processes and procedures

Conduct routine site and field checks to ensure standards are met

Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions

Prepare operational reports and updates for management

Work closely with administrative and field teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

Must know how to operate cleaning equipment and other facility maintenance machines

Previous experience in operations, logistics, or a related role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work under minimal supervision

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
