Job Description
Fitplus Gym and Health Studio is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure optimal workflow across all departments. The ideal candidate will possess a degree and have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include supervising front desk, maintenance, and fitness staff; managing staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; and handling member feedback efficiently.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00.
