Job Description
Join Barloworld Equipment as a Fleet Maintenance Manager! In this role, you will enhance the financial and operational performance of our CSA site by effectively managing personnel, customer requirements, and resources. Key responsibilities include managing equipment processes, ensuring safety and quality, and supervising planning departments.
The ideal candidate will have a Matric and a B Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) Diploma/Degree, strong business development skills, and knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and SAP is preferred. Excellent mechanical reasoning, customer responsiveness, and negotiation skills are essential.
