Job Description
Job Summary:
The Growth Manager at Broadshift Technologies Limited leads product marketing initiatives and performance-driven strategies to boost revenue, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven analysis. This role focuses on enhancing conversion rates across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
– Drive user acquisition through digital ads, SEO, email campaigns, and partnerships.
– Analyze customer funnels to identify growth opportunities.
– Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams.
– Conduct A/B testing to enhance customer retention.
– Optimize marketing channels and create growth reports.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of data analysis and tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
