Job Description
PennyLender Limited is seeking an Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will perform administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily operations in the financial sector. Responsibilities include processing transactions, preparing loan documents, onboarding new loans, reviewing files, and drafting pay-off statements.
The ideal candidate will have training in operations and risk within a financial institution, along with strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications include:
- ND, HND, or BSc in any field
- Experience in a financial institution
