Job Description
DavoDani Microfinance Bank is seeking a Senior Loan/Relationship Officer to lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our high-value customers. In this role, you will develop and implement business strategies, manage a portfolio, and offer guidance to junior staff.
Responsibilities: Lead a team, implement sales strategies, manage customer portfolios, conduct credit assessments, and collaborate to meet goals.
Requirements: 5+ years in a similar role, strong knowledge of lending products, excellent leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
