Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Network Operations Center Technician to join our dynamic team at Dunn and Braxton. In this role, you will monitor and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. You will troubleshoot network issues, respond to alerts, and provide support to internal teams and customers.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking protocols and experience with network monitoring tools. A relevant certification (such as CompTIA Network+) is preferred.
