Job Description
Wakafoods is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Offline Merchant Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will onboard new offline merchants, ensuring a seamless experience.
Your responsibilities include facilitating the onboarding process, training merchants on our services, and collaborating with our sales and support teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for business growth. Experience in onboarding or customer service is a plus.
