Job Description
Job Summary: AAVA Brands Limited is seeking a driven and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in a designated geographical area. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, meet revenue goals, manage a team of sales representatives, and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.
- Build relationships with distributors and key clients.
- Analyze sales data to find growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams.
Requirements: 4-6 years of sales experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role; proven sales success; excellent leadership and communication skills; proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month
