Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and facilitate the development of sales strategies.
- Manage the implementation of sales SOPs and execute transactions accordingly.
- Monitor project progress and identify new opportunities.
- Promote architectural paints to key decision-makers in various sectors.
- Generate leads through site visits and presentations.
- Address customer grievances and liaise with the technical team for resolutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions in alignment with company policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5-7 years of sales experience, strong industry network, and excellent communication skills.
