Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our remote team at Alpha CX. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and solid experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates using various recruiting platforms.
- Screen, interview, and recommend potential hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate records.
- Support HR initiatives and enhance the candidate experience.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Proficient in major recruitment platforms.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
