Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture is seeking suitable Nigerian nationals for the position of Customer Service Associate at our headquarters in Ibadan.
Contract: 3-year renewable contract
Duties:
- Serve food and beverages to our high standards.
- Maintain service equipment and report issues.
- Manage storeroom stock levels and hygiene.
- Prepare tables for service.
- Take accurate orders and process payments.
Qualifications: National Diploma in Hospitality or related field with 2 years’ experience.
Competencies: Pleasant personality, strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
