Job Description
Tetra Maritime is seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to our executives in Lagos. The ideal candidate will manage executive calendars, prepare meeting materials, respond to emails, and draft important documents. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management for executives
- Assist in preparing for meetings
- Respond to emails and document requests
- Draft slides and meeting notes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
