Job Description
Express Resource Connect is seeking an experienced Training Sales Executive to drive sales of our training programs within the South West region and potentially across Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Develop and deliver training and recruitment briefs monthly.
4. Meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Proven sales experience.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
