Job Description
Guaranty Business Solutions is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate will manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle confidential documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support.
- Manage calendars and appointments.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Take minutes at meetings and follow up on actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies or related field.
- 3-5 years experience as a secretary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Based in Lekki or willing to relocate.
