Critical Accountabilities:

• Provides clinical pharmaceutical care to patients.
• Prioritizes care based on critical needs.
• Ensures medicinal products are stored appropriately to maintain freshness.
• Delivers medication correctly in proper forms and dosages.
• Dispenses and distributes drugs accurately and timely for inpatients and outpatients.
• Counsels patients regarding their drug treatments.
