Job Description
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Associate to join Express Resource Connect. In this role, you’ll mobilize Assets Under Management (AUM) and drive revenue growth with an attractive commission-based compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize effective sales strategies to mobilize AUM
- Engage with potential clients and promote financial products
- Maintain relationships with clients for retention and growth
- Exceed sales targets to maximize earnings
Compensation Package:
- Commission: 0.5% per annum on average AUM mobilized
- Performance bonuses up to ₦150,00
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage
Requirements: Age 45 years or younger, relevant experience, and minimum OND.
