Job Description
FOOD CONCEPTS (Chicken Republic) is seeking a Learning and Development Field Trainer to enhance our team’s skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in QSR operations, with a minimum of 3-4 years in quick-service restaurant environments. A strong understanding of QSR workflows, customer service standards, and operational challenges is essential.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting.
This is a full-time position open to new graduates. The pay ranges from ₦250,00.00 to ₦300,00.00 per month.
