Compensation: ₦200,00 basic + ₦50,00 performance bonus + uncapped commissions
Rosabon Financial Services Limited is seeking 4 Sales Team Leads to spearhead fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) sales in Lagos. This leadership role involves mentoring a sales team, achieving targets, and ensuring outstanding customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate sales representatives.
- Implement sales strategies and monitor KPIs.
- Conduct training and performance reviews.
Requirements: 5+ years of sales experience, strong leadership skills, and telecom industry knowledge preferred.
