Job Description
Otega Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to join our team in Abuja. This full-time on-site position involves overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Food Safety, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, as is a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
