Job Description
Join the team at Wisville Academy as the first point of contact and provide a warm, efficient, and professional experience for guests, parents, and prospective families. You will manage front desk operations, oversee daily communication with parents and staff, and support the admissions process.
Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing WhatsApp and SMS communications, scheduling appointments, assisting in the admission process, and logging inquiries for follow-up. A minimum of OND/HND in any field is required, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Google tools.
This is a full-time position with a salary of ₦80,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month.
