Erhyn Business Solutions is urgently seeking a Factory General Manager to lead our manufacturing facility in Ibafo, Ogun State. In this senior-level role, you will oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, inventory, HR, and R&D. Your strategic leadership will drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements include a BSc/HND in Engineering, Production Management, or related fields, with a minimum of 5-7 years of factory leadership experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a hands-on approach to management.
