Job Description
We are H&C Outsourcing Limited, seeking a responsible and organized Assistant Facility Manager to support our daily operations, maintenance, and safety. You will assist the Facility Manager in ensuring our workplace is functional, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and security staff
- Monitor building repairs and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage vendor performance
- Assist in managing facility budgets
- Respond to facility-related emergencies
