Job Description
Luminiscence Skincare Ltd., an e-commerce skincare company based in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a Customer Care Officer to manage customer interactions through our chat channels. The goal is to maintain excellent service standards and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to messages from chat platforms and WhatsApp.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Handling complaints and providing effective solutions.
- Assisting customers with technical issues and escalating as necessary.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven e-commerce sales experience (2 years required).
- Experience in customer support or client service.
Job Type: Full-time, Salary: ₦80,00 – ₦100,00/month.
