Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and performance management.
Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support to departmental heads on HR-related matters. You will also conduct training sessions and assist in employee development programs.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a relevant degree or certification in Human Resources. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
