Job Description
ZMKC Lagos is seeking a Patient Service Executive (PSE) who will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, representing the hospital with professionalism and empathy. You will warmly greet patients, handle inquiries, guide them through registration and admission processes, and ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

Requirements:
- B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
