Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Customer Service Manager at Medicaid Radio-diagnostics & Clinics in Abuja. The manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support initiatives, and utilizing analytical skills and effective communication to address customer needs.
