Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.

      Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.

        Identify new market opportunities, including emerging trends and potential clients.

          Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

            Set and monitor sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management.

              Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize lead generation efforts.

                Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence to stay ahead of the industry.

                  Oversee the negotiation and closing of property deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

                    Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.

                      Represent the company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events.

                      Requirements:

                        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

                          Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the real estate sector.

                            Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

                              Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

                                In-depth understanding of the Lagos real estate market, particularly Lekki and surrounding areas.

                                  Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

                                    Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving performance goals.

                                      Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

                                        Professional appearance and demeanor.
