Job Description

Spacemould is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development & Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across our design-build and real estate development operations in Lagos. This role requires a strong understanding of high-value client acquisition, real estate sales, and creative project positioning.

Location: Lagos (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert leads in architecture, construction, and residential development.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and sales collateral.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Development or related field and 3-5 years of experience in real estate, design, or construction sectors.
