Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
Your primary duties will include troubleshooting issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring network connectivity. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential, as you will assist employees with their IT-related queries.
The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of IT systems, basic networking, and experience with help desk support. A degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
