Job Description
Starfield Montessori School is seeking an efficient, friendly, and proactive Human Resource Manager to support our school’s operations through effective people management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to staff development and a healthy workplace environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Support staff through training and performance appraisals.
- Resolve employee issues and promote well-being.
