Job Description
As a Telesales Associate at AltSchool Africa (part of TalentQL), your main role will involve identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound calls. You will play a key part in our sales process, ensuring we meet and exceed targets using CRM software for efficient lead management.
Your responsibilities include building a database of leads, qualifying them, initiating calls, and understanding customer needs. Additionally, you will engage with existing clients to cross-sell products.
Must-haves include data entry, strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service experience, and proficiency with G-suites and product sales.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: ₦100,00.00 per month
