Job Description

Tespire LLC, based in Abuja, is seeking a full-time People & Culture Lead. In this hybrid role, you will enhance employee engagement and develop cultural initiatives. Key duties include implementing HR policies, conducting training, managing recruitment, and addressing employee relations. You will also coordinate wellness programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, strong skills in HR management, employee relations, and training development. Tech sector experience is a plus.
