Job Description

The Building Company is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to optimize the time of our Line Managers through effective calendar and schedule management. Responsibilities include managing communication and correspondence, coordinating travel and events, and providing comprehensive administrative support for special projects.

Qualifications: Grade 12, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, 3-5 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant, and financial administration experience.
