Job Description
Livin Spaces is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate possesses excellent accounting skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing supplier accounts
- Creating and sending invoices
- Analyzing employee expenses
- Preparing payment runs
- Managing project budgets
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliations and supplier statements
- Processing payroll
- Preparing tax reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Sage accounting software knowledge is a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
