Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Administrator to join our team at Watolex Crown Integrated Services in Lagos State. In this full-time position, you will oversee the complete tender process, ensuring high-quality submissions and driving continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders for tender requirements.
• Draft bids and submit via e-tender platforms.
• Track bid timelines to meet deadlines.
• Manage tender correspondence and documents.
• Analyze bid outcomes and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Finance or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of bid management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-tender platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
