Job Description
Zendwa Technologies Limited is seeking a driven and strategic Customer Onboarding and Growth Manager to lead customer onboarding and drive growth through the active acquisition of users and businesses.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new customers, manage a strong pipeline of prospects, deliver demos, educate users, and optimize growth metrics.
Requirements: Proven experience in sales or customer success (crypto or fintech preferred), strong communication skills, self-starter attitude, familiarity with financial products, knowledge of African markets, and tech-savvy with CRM tools.
