Job Description
Fitness and Sports Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic Admin/Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include processing online orders, updating customer records, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Qualifications include a minimum of an HND/BSc with 2 years of experience, and familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus. The position is full-time, located in Lekki Phase 1, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, and alternative Saturdays from 9 AM – 3 PM.
