Job Description

Lonadek Inc. is seeking a dynamic HR Outsourcing Executive to manage our comprehensive HR outsourcing functions. This hybrid position is located in Yaba, Lagos, and is open to candidates nationwide.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, Associate Membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and proven experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Familiarity with psychometric and behavioral tools, such as Thomas International PPA, is a plus.
