Job Description
TeamAce is seeking a dedicated Loan Recovery Officer to manage and recover delinquent loans while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. This role is key to maintaining our institution’s financial health by minimizing non-performing loans.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recovery of delinquent loans.
- Communicate with defaulters for timely repayments.
- Negotiate repayment terms as needed.
- Update loan recovery tracker accurately.
- Recommend accounts for legal action.
- Conduct field visits for compliance checks.
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in a relevant discipline.
- 3+ years of loan recovery experience.
- Strong knowledge of recovery procedures.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Salary: N150,00 – N350,00 Monthly.
