Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring that quality standards and safety regulations are met.
Responsibilities include managing production staff, monitoring productivity, and implementing process improvements. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, preparing production reports, and coordinating with other departments to meet production goals.
