Job Description

Jomivic Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Officer to oversee procurement and vendor relationships while ensuring the timely sourcing of materials from both local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement processes and be proficient in Excel for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Degree or HND in Purchasing & Supply, Business Admin, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
  • Strong knowledge of local and foreign markets and vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source materials from suppliers and maintain purchase records.
  • Evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Track inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
