Job Description
Stanbic Bank Tanzania is seeking a dedicated Virtual Banker to join our African China Banking branch in Lagos. This full-time position requires a minimum of a B.Sc in Social Science or a related field, with prior experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in operations, support, or project management. Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred.
The role involves effectively resolving customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring a positive brand experience. Candidates should possess strong computer skills and familiarity with banking processes.
