Job Description
SIMS Nigeria Limited is seeking a skilled Service Center Manager to oversee our service center’s operations, performance, and strategic direction. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, uphold service standards, and drive continuous improvement in our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Supervise staff and oversee inventory management.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications: B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration or related field, 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
