Job Description
Digitvant Microfinance Bank is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. As a part of our innovative digital banking platform, you will support daily business operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate back-office functions like customer support and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Participate in auditing and risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 3–4 years of operations experience in fintech or financial services.
