Job Description
Condo 44 is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury short-term rental properties in Lagos. This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and a degree in a related field.
Key responsibilities include managing property listings on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, responding to guest inquiries, overseeing check-ins and check-outs, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, and addressing guest complaints promptly. Strong customer service skills and knowledge of property management software are essential.
Salary ranges from NGN 75,00 to 150,00, depending on experience.
