Job Description
SWATX is seeking a Service Delivery Manager responsible for ensuring effective service delivery to our clients. You’ll manage operations, collaborate with teams, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service delivery processes and ensure SLA compliance.

Qualifications:
