Job Description
Xtralarge Foods & Agricultural Services Ltd is seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team at the resort in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in/check-out process.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma (hospitality qualifications are a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer service-oriented
- Previous experience preferred
Remuneration: NGN 80,00 – 100,00
